One of the best experiences in my entire travel journey thus far. The hotel is luxury and opulence, with a superb and friendly staff. The views are stunning and breathtaking, a private personal view of the Caldera all to yourself with your own pool. Agreisa was so polite and friendly, and the staff and services exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back!
