Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The Ekinox bar is part of the all-inclusive plan and is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and has a drink service and music. Only those over 18 years of age are allowed to enter. Restaurant opening hours: - Restaurant "Andiamo" (18:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Coco Bar (18:00 - 23:00 hrs) - Lobby Bar (18:00 - 24 hrs) When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Hotel is a 100% smoke-free space. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. Each room will be placed 1 container of water per person (over 12 years old), the use of plastic water bottles will be replaced. Please note Children aged 7 to 12 pay a fee. From age 13 onwards, the adult rate applies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
