Very detailed instructions were emailed to me and an sms was sent which I couldn’t receive, however they were able to redirect the notification to my WhatsApp and everything went smoothly for checkin. We had electronic keys, as well as physical ones for our stay.
We had a small issue during our stay which was address right away, which was great, however we had an interaction with the housekeeper which was extremely unpleasant. If that interaction didn’t happen, I would say the accommodation were perfect. Place is immaculately kept, beautiful inside and scenery.
