Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for US$202 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for US$305 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

4WD policy effective 15th April 2024 for new reservations: 1) Children under 03 years must be accompanied by parents or guardians in exclusive 4WD vehicles, at an additional cost, and require a signed indemnity form. 2)Families with children under 12 years are encouraged to opt for exclusive 4WD vehicles, at an additional cost for a personalized experience, though shared vehicles are available. 3) Pregnant women are advised against 4WD excursions for safety but can join with a signed indemnity form. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort. If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature 2) Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature) 3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license Please note that the resort may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
