The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. If the guests are unable to fulfill these requirements, the payment taken from the card may be refunded back to the card and the guests may require to pay directly at the resort.
