2.2I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400
Read more ↓Hotel absolutamente abandonado, las fotos no son actuales, la oferta es enganosa, cayendose a pedazos. No llegamos ni a ver las habitaciones, de hecho la puerta nunca abrio. Alli mismo cancelamos y fue un desastre pues pasamos casi 3 horas en conseguir hotel ya que es fin de semana largo y todo estaba lleno menos ese hotel que estaba completamente vacio. Un fiasco. Deberian retirarlo de sus promociones.
