9.0What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!

Très bon accueil. Très bon séjour. Même si l’environnement ne donne pas bonne impression au premier abord. L’hôtel est top et se rattrape largement avec ces belles prestations… vraiment nickel ! Accessible à tous a pied. Et en même temps c’est un hôtel en plein centre avec des immeubles autour mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé dans la mesure où c’était très calme. Je le recommande, il vaut la peine. Le personnel est vraiment gentil… tous !
