A True Gem with Exceptional Hospitality!! My stay at Palácio Santa Catarina was nothing short of fantastic. The property is charming and serene, but the incredible staff truly makes it special. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even stepped in to help resolve issues caused by a local tour company, with kindness, patience, and efficiency. Their genuine care turned a potential headache into a positive memory. This is the place to be if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with people who genuinely look after you. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We loved our stay here! It was so quiet and such a beautiful building. The breakfast that was included each morning had so much variety and was excellent. The staff were so helpful in giving recommendations, and helping us book taxis and tours! You are within walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. We also loved relaxing by the pool, it had great views and was never busy! 100% would recommend!!
