10.0Fantastic staff!! Absolutely the best! Super helpful and friendly - and further bolstered by Mr Host, the house cat.!. He’s very handsome and friendly! We arrived late and the receptionist stayed 30 min late to help us find the hotel and also the parking garage. The location is great - everywhere in the city is walkable. The room was quiet, clean and large! We had a fantastic 3-night stay.
Read more ↓Great hospitality experience! Staffs are very helpful and friendly! They allowed early check-in for us so that we’d have some rest from our long flight. We love their breakfast, cleanliness, and ambiance! The only issue we had there was the shower door that didn’t close very well and caused some leaks on the floor. But they provided us with extra towels to keep our bathroom floor dry.
