Location was nice, about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and the circumvesuviana to Pompeii. We also visited the Archeological museum which was about a 25-minute walk. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to sit and have a drink, snack, or a pizza. As it was off the main routes it did quiet down at night which was a luxury in Naples. We never met the owner but were provided clear directions on the entry code and where to find the key to our room so it did not bother us.
