Obiekt jest zadbany, obsługa dba o komfort podróżujących. Hotel zlokalizowany w samym centrum, które jest głośne do późnych godzin nocnych. W przypadku pokoju z oknami na ulicę, praktycznie niemożliwe jest spanie bez zatyczek do uszu. Nie jest to jednak wina obiektu, ani właścicieli, jednak warto mieć tego świadomość wybierając ten hotel. Do dyspozycji kuchnia, która zawsze była posprzątana i wyposażona we wszystko, co jest niezbędne.
Mimo, że w pokoju było podwójne łóżko, było ono dość małe dla dwóch osób.
