We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the complimentary cab service to nearby locations, which made getting around very convenient. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed assistance, making us feel right at home. Thank you for your excellent hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. Heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn prima onderhouden - niet overbodig luxe, maar prima netjes en schoon. Het personeel geeft je een échte luxe hotel ervaring: een gratis upgrade naar een mooiere kamer, altijd een theetje en cake bij aankomst, gratis ritjes naar Nuwara Eliya centrum. Dat heeft ons verblijf echt gemaakt.
