9.3L accueil, l entretien exceptionnel des communs (escaliers et jardin), la jeune femme qui fait le ménage présente presque tout les jours et très agréable. Le très grand lit. Le parking privé devant le petit immeuble.
A savoir, il n y a pas de canapé dans tous les studios, mais plutôt sur le pallier.
