Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please note, guests will be provided with door codes and key information prior to arrival. One small, well behaved dog is permitted (in selected cottages only), for a reasonable fee. Every dog must be registered and approved with Beachpoint prior to arrival (there are weight and breed restrictions). Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and ocean conditions, we highly recommend traveler insurance. Nonrefundable cancelation policies do not change based on potential weather or ocean conditions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
