Rosalie(sp?)on the 12th floor of the Atlantis Royal Towers East was absolutely fabulous in Housekeeping. She paid incredible attention to detail, keeping our room spotless, making sure the trash was always taken care of, and thoughtfully providing extra face cloths and towels to help with our baby. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care truly made our stay feel special. We are looking forward to coming back to Atlantis, and Rosalie played a big part in making this visit such a wonderful experience. Thank you, Rosalie, for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond!

I would definitely recommend staying at the Atlantis. There’s so much to do and see. There’s a variety of great restaurants have vibrant Casino super fun waterpark in a spectacular setting. I feel some of the food and beverage is overpriced. Be sure to catch the Junkanoo parade in the Marina Village.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for US$50 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, two or more rooms are required. Children aged 0–11 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children aged 12–17 years incur an additional charge of USD 50 per night, plus daily mandatory gratuities. Please note that a valid credit card corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival. Please note that there are mandatory gratuities based on room category.
