We waren er voor de tweede keer, prachtig resort, zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten.
Niets, alles is zeer goed
Excellent and friendly staff, very polite, check-in went well as did the stay. The rooms are good.
The trash on the Surin beach was not liked, very dirty. There is construction near the hotel and the noise sometimes interfered with relaxing.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 11 years old stay for THB 1,042 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 12 years old and over stay for THB 1,250 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

To arrange arrival transportation, guests must contact our reservations team directly at least 48 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The name on the credit card used to book must correspond with the primary guest name on the reservation and the same card must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Deluxe Pool Access and Plunge Pool Suites are limited to a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Children are not permitted in these room categories. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
