Everything was perfect , starting from the front office team till the house keeping and restaurents staff , everybody was friendly and welcoming , thank you Sohaib and Ayman for everthing , Thank you to the girl from housekeeping for your caring and Professionalism will repeat that visit to Sheraton very soon.
Only bad thing is the lizards and insects which i understand as being on an island.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children 12 years old stay for US$120 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$190 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The property can be reached by a shared peedboat from Velana International Airport. Kids menu is free for children under 12 years when accompanied by their parents at the restaurant, provided at least one parent is dining.
