The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. JA Resorts & Hotels will send a payment link to the registered email address, depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through the payment link received from the hotel. Please be informed that the water park has height restrictions for children for safety purposes. Minimum height: 39 in. All children between 39 in and 47 in must be supervised by an adult. Please note that outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted within JA The Resort premises, with the only exception of baby food.
