Please note that the reception is closed from 9pm until 8am. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance and please note that a payment will be required. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please check pictures and hostel descriptions carefully: Our hostel is located a 20 minutes walk from town, up a hill. It's made out of wood and the ceilings aren't closed. That brings the best air circulation but allows bugs etc. to enter the rooms, bats included. We can not change our location or building and you will see how great it is here (by the way: geckos and bats eat mosquitos)... Important note for non refundable rates, group reservations and reservations of 4 nights or more: Please be aware that we will ask for a payment via PayPal in advance. Other payment methods are available but will have an additional fee. More than 4 guests count as a group and we request a security deposit. We can not host workers in shared accomodation, only in private rooms with private bathrooms. ENVISION festival: Please note that during festival times we can only accept prepaid reservations and have also a special cancelation policy - we will contact you about that in a personal message. Thanks for understanding and pura vida :-)Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
