You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay, also please note that the towels are changed weekly. Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation themselves.
