The swimming pool, the grill room, the location and the view The good will of the owner's replacement.
We were 4 couples and 6 kids for 5 days. There was no water pressure so only 1 person could barely use the shower while no one else could open any tap. Could not close some of the doors. Some of the mattresses were really ancient. The electric stove wouldn't turn on. 2 rooms were in the basement with no A/C.. The owner left for a vacation and her replacement was not available during working hours.
