This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. All reservations include all running water consumption free of charge. Please note that €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. Additional usage will be charged separately, the price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh. This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas and heating throughout the house.
