The property was fully equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. If the smallest thing was missing- Andreas made sure to fill the gap immediately! The pool was so fun, and the house is great for cooking, dining, rest and everything that is required for a perfect vacation!

A villa in a great location, fully equipped with everything you need. The owner is always available and makes sure we have everything. He even arranged ATV rentals in a good place and provided airport transfers

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 2 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Important information
Please inform Royal Sugar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 60 KWh electricity consumption per day is free of charge. Any additional consumption is payable directly on spot. Please note that smoking is allowed in a specially-designed outdoor kiosk in the villa.
