"Sehr schöne Villa mit großem privaterPool"
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Wohnzimmer, Küche, Abstellraum, Essbereich, Vorraum, WC. Im 1. Stock finden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder inkl. WC, Vorraum und Terrassen mit tollem Meerblick. Im Freibereich bzw. auf der Terasse findet sich eine Esstischgruppe und eine Launchgarnitur. Es stehen vier Privatparkplätze, zwei davon für die Mieter bereit. Ein Holzkohlengrill steht zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Am Pool (geschätzt 40 m2) gibt es 6 Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen, 3 große Sonnenschirme und eine Warmwasserdusche. Auf der Hausrückseite gibt es en̈e Kinderrutsche und eine Schauckel. Das Objekt ist nach Außen durch einen Zaun und ein elektronisch gesteuertes Zugangstur gut abgesichert.
Die persönlichen Gegenstände der Eigentümer in Küche und Wohnzimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.
