9.5"Great Ibiza vibes, amazing hosting"
The pool area is stunning. Amazing pool, great setting with multiple different sunbeds and seating areas. The location of the villa is great. Close to all main clubs (7-12 minutes driving), supermarkets in 100-400m, short drives to great beaches and bays, view to the beach with Ushuaia - well, in 2 Km distance.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 45 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
Once the reservation is made, you will be sent a payment link (from the REDSYS payment gateway), so that you can make/authorize the payment by double authentication through your online banking. If you have not activated online card payments, you will be provided with the bank details so that you can make a bank transfer. The people who are going to stay will receive a rental contract that they will have to return signed to the accommodations before arrival. If they do not receive the contract on time, they will have to contact the accommodations management company by calling the number indicated on the booking confirmation. Information on all occupants is requested.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
