This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. All reservations include all running water consumption free of charge, €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (Gasoil or propane heating). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh. This house has central heating and air conditioning throughout the house.
