El personal amable, la ubicación perfecta, el lugar limpio, alberca de tamaño aceptable, sus alimentos de buen sabor y cantidad.

Como la mayoría de los hoteles de Ixtapan ya tienen sus años, algunas instituciones ya pasaron sus mejores tiempos, como las mesas de ping pong.
