SELAVI is an oasis of calm and quietness. It has a beautiful garden and overlooks the Bentota river. The food is exeptional & come with large portions. The staff are friendly and drop us off on the beach in the morning for free. We only payed a few hundred rupees to get back in the evening. We really loved our stay and will be back next year with friends. :-)

Very nice, cosy and calm place. you will get a great view over the Bentota River for time of your breakfast and great service of the local staff. This is especially good for family with kids (like us, we are five )because these are two separate bungalows with a nice garden.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for US$5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 7 years old to 12 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 13 years old and over stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
