9.0We felt very comfortable at Bacalari. All the staff are credits to their professions. They were incredibly helpful from booking tours to help to find an emergency dentist. Their breakfast is really nice. I also have had a very welcome massage. We highly recommend this place.

The property was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful even with the language barriers. It is less than 100m to the public pier where you can swim and see the sunrise. It is also just next to the ecological park where you can see the resident crocodile and many birds like parrots and vultures. It is a 10 min walk to town. It is also as represented in the pictures.
It met our expectations based on the pictures and the what was advertised by the property :)
