9.2The staff was amazing. They were all very nice and friendly. Hard to find. Very accommodating. They moved my room when asked because it was noisy and then when there were bugs. Bugs ist pretty normal in Costa Rica. Can't get away from them. Loved the jungle walk to beach and great to have a quiet private pool area and restaurant because I didn't like driving there with all the bumpy roads.

The staff at reception, the restaurant, the bar and the surf club were attentive, and genuinely so friendly and helpful that it made it feel homely. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the 4min walk to the beach was so convenient.
