Staff was accommodating and helpful and Hannifer, the Chef, was very talented. Having dinner on the premises was a GREAT value!! I looked forward to dinner every night. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I expect to visit again within a year.
Parking at one point was difficult as my husband could drive the car up the hill to the highest point.

スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで優しかった。 部屋も綺麗で初めて洞窟ホテルに泊まったが、嫌なことが何一つなかった。お湯が出たし、ポットもあった。 また、スタッフの方にチェックアウト時にタクシーを呼んでもらったが、タクシーを待ってる間も朝食を食べて待ってて！と言ってもらい、最高なホテルだった。
