9.7The property was absolutely beautiful and the chance to stay in such an architectural house was memorable. We had a room with our own private courtyard, which gave us the benefit of being able to arrange a massage in privacy. The property was beautifully maintained. Being footsteps from a secluded beach was also wonderful.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka. The sea is calm for swimming, but also good for belly surfing (hotel provides). There are some small restaurants near by ( Sea Dragon was the best one we tried). Breakfast was good, they give you a menu and you can keep ordering whatever you like (I liked their banana bread :) )
I still would give property a 10, but maybe some more activities to spend the time would be good. Maybe like table tennis or small pool table would be nice to have. Nearby town is 10min drive- if you want to go grocery or some restaurant.
