The service and hospitality were exceptional, always delivered with a smile, genuine kindness, and a sincere desire to provide guests with everything they need. The staff were truly wonderful. The hotel itself is ideally located in the heart of the town, close to everything and directly opposite the lake. It is quiet, spotlessly clean, and of a very high standard. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern. We had a wonderful experience.
