9.1Rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. A great example of their honesty and service: my son accidentally left his watch in the room, after we checked out and were on the way to SJ, a staff member contacted us and arranged to mail it to us. Gestures like this truly deserve recognition.
Room size was more compact than expected.
