A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. If you choose to pay at the property upon your arrival, you will have to pay the tourist tax directly at the property. If you pay for your reservation via Booking.com, we will collect this tax from you directly. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted from the extra charge. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. The property requires a refundable security deposit upon check-in. This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a cost an extra charge of MYR 500. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
