8.2I really wanted to love Dreams Cap Cana, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. I was a Preferred Member, yet I didn’t feel like one. The “preferred” bar was so far from the pool that we constantly had to get out just to get a drink — and when I finally did, the drink I wanted was often out of stock. Overall, I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth for the Preferred upgrade. The resort itself is beautiful, but the service and convenience didn’t reflect the level of luxury I paid for.
