There is no elevator at the property. Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) is located along the lively Boat Quay area, close to many restaurants, bars, and nightlife spots. All rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to help reduce street noise. However, some noise may still be present, especially during bar operating hours. Guests who are highly sensitive to noise may wish to consider this before booking. We highly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking. This is a strictly nonsmoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is nonrefundable. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
