8.4"Beautiful spot on the edge of Bacalar Lagoon"
The room was absolutely incredible (we managed to upgrade to one with a balcony with a full lagoon view, which would be the one I would book if we went again). The staff were friendly and helpful. We spent a lovely afternoon swimming off the jetty in front of the property.
It is worth checking with the property beforehand if the kayaks are available. We were hoping to use these during our stay but were unable to due to a coast guard restriction on hotels. This is not something the property is in control of, but it is worth reaching out to manage expectations.
