8.62e séjour dans cet hôtel charmant, très bien situé à proximité de l'aéroport. La literie est extrêmement confortable. Le personnel est charmant. Nous avons aimé l'expérience d'aller prendre le petit déjeuner sur l'île hôtel du même nom avec la navette bateau, du fait de la rénovation de la cuisine.
Manque de flexibilité dans la gestion de la réservation que nous avons demandé un mois avant notre arrivée suite à une modification de vol de 48h de la part de la compagnie aérienne.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Kindly note that commencing 1st August 2023, the government of Seychelles has introduced a new Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy. An additional fee of SCR 25 per person per night will be added to your reservation to support green initiatives, renewable energy and environmental conservation. Exemptions apply to children under 12, airline employes and Seychellois citizens. A damage deposit of 500 Euros from guests upon arrival. This policy applies exclusively to Villa Guests. The deposit will be promptly refunded on the day of check-out, provided no damages have been incurred during the stay. Please note, due to current construction works in a masterplan development adjacent to JA Enchanted Waterfront, we envisage some level of noise will be audible from our Villa Category Units during daylight hours. Lodge Category rooms are not affected. We anticipate these works to continue throughout 2024 and 2025. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the same credit card, full payment will be required at check-in. Please note that third-party credit card payments are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
