Having stayed at Gatsby before and enjoyed a faultless experience, I know this visit was not representative of the hotel. Although this stay was affected by an A/C issue, what impressed me most was the team’s commitment to service recovery. They were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about putting things right. It’s reassuring to know that when things don’t go as planned, they stand behind their hospitality. I look forward to returning.
