Beachcliff Villa Negril

**Beachcliff Villa Negril is a true hidden gem.** The villa is surrounded by lush tropical plants—cotton trees, ginep, coconuts—that instantly made us feel like we had stepped into a private Jamaican paradise. The location is unbeatable, right on the water, with clean, refreshing sea access and stunning sunsets every evening. Villa’s also conveniently close to shopping and dining, which made exploring Negril easy and enjoyable. Each room was cozy and comfortable, with its own bathroom, mosquito nets, and cooling—ideal for relaxing. The décor blended vintage charm with modern convenience, giving the house a unique, romantic feel. It had a calm, welcoming energy, and everyone in our group was able to unwind in their own way. The staff were friendly, attentive, and cooked amazing meals. They kept the property secure and were always helpful. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The street noise at night was loud enough to disturb our sleep on some nights. Also, there was an untrained puppy on the property that frequently entered the house. It would jump onto the dining table and eat food if left unattended, which was frustrating and unhygienic. Despite those issues, the villa itself is beautiful and full of character. With a few adjustments, it could be near perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

I was beyond impressed with this property. Being in the hospitality and retail industry, I set my bar pretty high. These folks beyond exceeded my expectations and gave us the best imaginable experience ever!! The food prepared by Lovie and Ruth was beyond any of the local cuisine I have ever had (3rd time to Jamaica). They prepared amazing local cuisine (I am a Chef as well), purveyed all the goods at local places, etc. The rooms and bedding were more than comfortable and the antique colonial charm is truly incomparable. Great historical house, amazing staff, food, snorkel gear, tennis courts and your own private cove and reefs!! How can you go back to Jamaica without visiting this place? Truly an amazing vacation!
