9.7شقة واسعة من ثلاث غرف نوم وصالة واسعة وفيها تراس مطل على الحديقة وتراس اخر مطل على البحيرة وغرفة النوم الرئيسية مطله على البحيرة ايضا وفيها دورتين مياه بشطاف ودورة مياه صغيره مدمجه في الغرفه الرئيسية فيها غسالة ملابس ونشافة وفيها مطبخ متكامل وطاولة طعام وتلفزيون ذكي وبلايستيشن وواي فاي المسؤول سميح كان في غاية اللطف وحقق كل مانتمناه موقع الشقة مميز جدا قريب من صبنجة وقريب من الشلال وقريب من الفعاليات والمنتزهات وجبل كارتبه لقد كانت أفضل اقامة حقا
