מתחם של 6 דירות מסביב לבריכה. הדבר הכי חשוב ומשמעותי הם קיריאקוס וקאטרינה, הבעלים של המקום, שבנו את המקום בעצמם והאהבה והדאגה שלהם למקום ניכרת מאוד. הם עושים הכל בכדי לגרום לאורחים להרגיש בנוח. הצלחנו ליצור קשר אישי על אף מחסום השפה, הם לא דוברי אנגלית. יש ניקיון של הדירה מדי יום. הבריכה של המקום נעימה וכיפית, מתאימה מאוד לילדים. יש שם משחקי מים, מגלשה ועוד- אפשר לבלות שם שעות. מרכז העיירה המקסימה פורטו חלי במרחק 5 דקות נסיעה ויש שם חנויות מכולת, מאפייה, וטיילת יפה עם חנויות ומסעדות.
