8.4Gym was extremely small, probably around the size of a bedroom. We all either stood around waiting to use the equipment because all of it was in use or stood outside the gym until someone left out. Dryer did not work, and cable and Netflix kept going out. I reported it, but never heard from any one. We just left everything on the patio to dry. Besides those issues everything else was wonderful. I probably will return, because of the cleanliness, quietness, comfort of the property and mattress.
