9.0"A lovely place to base your Venetian adventures"
A perfect location: quiet, yet within minutes of anywhere you choose to go, either on foot or by vaporetto (Accademia and Zattere stops are both very near). The room was lovely, with a separate little sitting room/sun room and a nicely appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and a good level of firmness. Breakfasts are good, with excellent fresh baked goods and coffee to live for!
The shower temperature fluctuated somewhat, but this is unavoidable when everyone is using water all at once so entirely understandable.

During their heat wave, this was the best air-conditioning we could’ve asked for. we included breakfast in the cost of our room. The breakfast was very light, but good. It was just enough to get your day started. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very charming.
