8.4Great hotel and great service. They could have informed us better about the daily shuttle schedule and practises. Also it was a bit dissapointing the spa and massage services were unavailable. Overall the stay was excellent, really enjoyed the peaceful enviroment and staff was excellent.
We absolutely loved how secluded this property was! Though it was a bit of a hike up to the villas, the staff were extremely accommodating in providing motor transport to and from the villas. We also loved seeing all the wildlife around the property and being just steps away from the crystal clear waters at the base of the property! The food at the restaurant was great and we loved that week could get a mix of Thai and western food there! The staff was friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phi Phi!
