9.8All the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The transfer arranged too and from the airport was great. The hotel is better than the pictures, the breakfast each morning was different and lovely. The pool areas and the beach beds well kept and always beds available. Would definitely stay again.
The hospitality was excellent, thank you. I feel safe, the food and drinks was great. I felt like I was in paradise. Only thing i would change is the temperature of the hot tub. It wasnt hot enough for me. Overall my stay my was great. Emerald extra thank you to you.
