9.2Amazing place to stay in Monteverde! Very comfortable rooms and our porch had a view into a wooded spot where several different birds greeted us everyday. The walking trail on the property is a great place to see additional birds. We saw motmots, trogons, and several different kinds of hummingbirds. The breakfast is also excellent and filling to start your day. They also offer complimentary coffee in the afternoon. Emmanuel was a great host and help us change a booking for us. I highly recommend Cala Lodge!
Read more ↓The Cala Lodge is so eco conscious, views are phenomenal , nature walk, birds…wow! Staff is extremely kind and breakfast was delicious. Recommendations were appreciated. Room so cute and comfy. A small coffee maker/hot water maker in room would be amazing but only a suggestion. Was a wonderful experience and close to cloud forest!
