We had an amazing stay at Los Altos. The views, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were incredible, but what really stood out was the service. Carlos was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay—he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcome. His warmth and attention made a big difference. Incredible experience at Los Altos. The rooms are so spacious and CLEAN. The staff is friendly and so helpful to ensure you have the best experience on your stay.
