We have been staying in this hotel for many years and have always found the staff and management to be very friendly, caring and always happy to help with anything requested to make our stay very enjoyable. It is located on the perfect position in Seminyak, right on the beach. Only a short walk into Seminyak square. The hotel suites were always kept very clean and plenty of water always supplied. Spacious day beds by the pool area and always plenty of options. The restaurant and bar staff very attentive and the food was great.

The club/resort is beautiful. Our villa had a lovely yard with a pool. The 30 meter lap pool/other pools are beautiful. The entire team provided excellent/5 star service, especially Gita. Gita was instrumental in making our stay memorable.. He arranged private tours, laundry service, restaurant recommendations, transportation, and much more. The team made arrival/visa/transportation arrangements, which made our arrival very smooth. The spa team was excellent. The food was delicious. We would definitely recommend this resort.
